Terms and Conditions – Mixing and Mastering

1. Overview
By purchasing any mixing or mastering service from Val Maddox, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms are designed to ensure clear expectations, professional delivery, and fair use of services provided.
2. What’s Included
Each mixing and mastering package includes the following:
- Audio Cleanup – removal of noise, pops, hum, etc.
- EQ & Compression – for tonal balance and dynamic consistency
- Stereo Imaging – for depth and spatial width
- Track Limit – up to 50 tracks per mix
- Genre Flexibility – all styles welcome
- Revisions – 1 revision included
- Turnaround – 2–3 business days (unless otherwise stated)
3. Usage Rights
- Commercial Use – All finalized mixes and masters can be used commercially, including for release on platforms like Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, and more.
- Ownership – You retain full ownership of your recordings. Val Maddox holds no claim to your compositions or masters.
- Distribution-Ready – Deliverables are suitable for professional distribution unless otherwise specified.
4. Revisions & Modifications
- One revision incldued
- Additional revisions are available for $10 per revision
- Revisions must be requested within 5 days of delivery
5. Delivery
- Final audio files are delivered in WAV and MP3 format
- Optional unmastered version upon request
- Delivery via email or secure file link
- Turnaround: 2–3 business days from file receipt and payment
6. Refund Policy
Due to the custom and creative nature of audio processing, no refunds are offered once the final product is delivered. However, client satisfaction is a priority — revisions will be honored within the terms above.
