Terms and Conditions for Custom Recordings – Val Maddox
Effective Date: 7/1/2025
By purchasing a custom recording from Val Maddox, you agree to the following terms:
1. Licensing Options
- Basic License ($10): Includes MP3 file only. No video. No MIDI.
- Premium License ($15): Includes MP3 + WAV files. No video. No MIDI.
- Exclusive License ($20): Includes MP3 + WAV + MIDI files (if applicable), and video option. 1-day delivery guaranteed.
2. Usage Rights
- You may use the recording(s) for commercial or non-commercial projects.
- Recordings can be used in songs, podcasts, videos, advertisements, and performances.
- All licenses are permanent and non-expiring.
3. Modifications
- You are allowed to modify the recordings (editing, mixing, arrangement).
- You may not resell or redistribute the raw recording(s).
4. Copyright & Credit
- You retain full creative rights to any project that includes these recordings.
- Crediting Val Maddox is not required, but appreciated.
5. Delivery & Turnaround
- Delivery time varies by license:
- Basic: 5 Days
- Premium: 3 Days
- Exclusive: 1 Day
- Delivery countdown begins once all project details are received and payment is confirmed.
6. Revisions
- One (1) revision is included for free.
- Additional revisions: $10 each.
7. Refunds
- Due to the custom and creative nature of audio processing, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once files are delivered. However, client satisfaction is a priority — revisions will be honored within the terms above
8. Video Option
- A video recording of the performance is only included with the Exclusive Licenses. Please include in the notes at checkout how you would like the video to be like.
