Terms and Conditions for Beat Licensing – Val Maddox
Effective Date: 7/1/2025
By purchasing or downloading a beat from Val Maddox, you agree to the following terms:
1. Licensing Options
- Basic License ($15): Includes MP3 only. No tracked-out stems. Not untagged.
- Premium License ($20): Includes MP3 + WAV. Still tagged. No stems.
- Exclusive License ($30): Includes MP3 + WAV + Trackout Stems. Untagged. Beat is removed from store after purchase.
2. Usage Rights
- You may use the beat(s) for commercial or non-commercial music projects.
- Unlimited distribution is allowed (streams, sales, performances).
- All licenses are permanent and non-expiring.
3. Modifications
- You are allowed to make modifications to the beat (arrangement, mixing, etc.).
- You may not resell or redistribute the beat as-is.
4. Copyright & Credit
- You retain full creative rights to your song.
- Crediting Val Maddox is not required, but appreciated.
5. Exclusivity (If Applicable)
- If you purchase an exclusive license, the beat will be removed from the site and no longer sold to others.
6. Refunds
- All sales are final. No refunds once files are delivered.
7. Custom Beat
- Val Maddox offers fully customized beats, mixed and mastered, for a flat rate of $50 each.
-This includes: - MP3, WAV, and MIDI files (if applicable)
- Full trackout stems
- One free revision included
- Additional revisions: $10 each
⚠️ Please note: While you are allowed to modify the beat, the producer tag cannot be removed under any circumstances.
